This KGHypnobirthing course will give you the full antenatal, birth and parenting preparation needed.
Being a Midwife and Health Visitor I have watched how vital good antenatal preparation is during the birth and postpartum period. Understanding all your choices, and having realistic perceptions of birth can provide the footprints of a positive birth and facilitate a smoother transition to becoming parents.
I practice both in a midwife led unit and in a consultant unit who care for women with more complex pregnancies. This means I can provide current evidence based and realistic viewpoints of birth and postpartum period.
As a Midwife and Health visitor of six years I have a vast amount of experience in caring for many families and tailoring care to individuals. I don’t have any preconceived ideas about what is wrong because over the years I have gained much experience in watching what parents believe is the right choices for them: And this is invaluable in my eyes. You are the experts for you and your baby and I fully support parents in achieving this.
I want to you to feel empowered regardless of how your baby enters the world because you are amazing for growing a baby and believe you should feel confident wherever and however you birth your baby.
Meeting other local mum’s and dad’s to be provides invaluable support in the postpartum period. People to share your highs and lows with, to laugh and cry with. People who are sharing similar journeys to you can provide the greatest support.
