Hybrid antenatal hypnobirthing course Interactive local zoom course with the final session covered face to face with tea, cake and a great way to meet the other parents. These zoom sessions will be on zoom and face to face session for everyone to meet in the morning at the gourmet goat farmer which will include cakes and refreshments. 

This hybrid course will be £195 for the full course and includes hypnobirthing and audio downloads. It also includes WhatsApp support in the group for follow up and a postnatal meet up when everyone has had their babies. 

The Three online sessions are:

• Preparing during pregnancy for the birth & postpartum period
• Physiology of labour and birth, analgesia choices, place of birth choices
• Induction of labour, monitoring during labour, operative birth and caesarean birth
• Hypnobirthing for any birth

The face to face session will cover all your questions on caring for yourself and your newborn when you get home from breastfeeding to formula feeding, bathing your baby and what to expect in relation to sleep, your relationship and your wellbeing this session should help prepare you for when you get home. The face to face session also covers the immediate postpartum period.

This course also includes group whatsapp group support following the course. We will also arrange a postnatal meet up in the whatsapp group when everyone has had their babies.

Hypnobirthing Essentials Class 

Perfect for women and birthing partners this course gives you all the hypnobirthing preparation you need without the antenatal side of KGHypnobirthing. This course will suit anyone who has chosen other antenatal education programmes such as NCT or for those women who have had babies before and purely want to learn and practice hypnobirthing.

This essential course includes:

• 4 hours of hypnobirthing for you and your birthing partner(s)
• Parents pack of course notes
• One hour of preparing your birth partner(s) for the big day including massage techniques and relaxations

Preparing for your caesarean birth
